Beet Carrot Apple
This is a great combination for a midday pick-me-up. It’s packed with fiber and Vitamin C from the apple as well as Vitamin A from the carrots, which is a very important antioxidants for strong vision. This juice is literally my favorite things to drink in the afternoon!
Ingredients:
6 carrots
2 beets (peeled and cut in half)
1 gala apple (I took out the core and the seeds)
2 inches of ginger (peeled)
The color is delicious and you will love the taste of this juice!
