Parsley Punch
I always have parsley in my fridge so this was an easy addition to my morning juice! Parsley is a great antioxidant that is rich in vitamins such as potassium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B, C, E, and K! Just a handful of juiced parsley gives for a great color and fresh flavor.
Ingredients:
8 celery sticks
7 parsley stems
1/2 gala apple (seeded and cored)
1 inch of ginger (peeled)
1/2 lemon (I peel the yellow part, and leave the outer white area on as it’s highly nutritious)
