Drink your Spinach
I’ve never loved eating spinach, which is why I’ve been incorporating them into my juices more frequently. This is a super light refreshing juice
Ingredients:
3 handfuls of spinach
1 head of romaine lettuce
6 celery sticks
1 lime (I peel off the outer green, but leave the white part!)
2 handfuls of cubed pineapple
Helpful tip: run the spinach leaves first on low, followed by the pineapple and lime on high. The hardness in the pineapple and lime will help the spinach run through.
