Simple Omega-3 Granola

IMG_0384.jpeg

Made with raw walnuts and cashews. I try to get omega 3’s in my body first thing in the morning. Walnuts are the perfect food to incorporate into your diet for your omega 3’s, especially if you don’t eat fish!

I usually incorporate oats into my breakfast. Whether it be oatmeal, overnight oats, or oats in granola, my body usually craves the heartiness of oats in the morning!

From start to finish, this homemade granola took about 45 minutes!
